An intimate cocktail room and speakeasy in the heart of Las Vegas, Downtown Cocktail Room and Mike Morey's Sip'n'Tip combined 3,000 square feet are equal parts loungy, upscale cocktail vibe, and clandestine, low-brow New York City vibes. D.C.R. became Las Vegas' original, most prominent and respected cocktail bar in early 2007, and still is. With 67 seasonal menus so far, and amazing hand-crafted ORIGINALS AND CLASSIC cocktails, you can feel adventurous ordering originals, or confident ordering the classics.
Mike Morey's Sip'n'Tip was our latest addition with an emphasis on simplicity, approachability, and fun. Both are Located in the locals' burgeoning "Fremont East" Entertainment District only steps away from the Fremont Street Experience. This combo is the perfect option for happy hour, evening cocktails, after-dinner drinks, or a late-night vibe.
The location is discrete with the entrance in the “DT ART Alley” south of D.C.R. Parking is available on Carson Street, 6th Street, at El Cortez or across LV Blvd in the red parking garage.
The birds are chirping, and the sun is shining! It’s Menu Edition #67 and the team has been hard at work, again. We don’t want to claim that it’s our best work ever…because who knows?..some of the team was in elementary school when the place opened. So…. let’s just call it top 3 of ALL time! Being the oldest continually-operating bar in downtown Las Vegas hasn’t been easy, especially when you create a seasonal menu! We’ve added another hour to Happy Hours, so you can stay longer and later!! Happy drinking! Don’t forget, our pours are 2oz instead of 1oz, so it’s like two for one all the time!
